Advice on tenant situation

I'm seeking advice on a tenant situation in TX. A lawncare team did lawncare and then the tenant complained that there's a new scratch on the car. Lawncare team claims that they did not cause the scratch. The tenant has no proof of who caused the scratch on the car. What are my options for this tenant situation? Tenant is feeling upset and wants to either blame me or lawncare team to be liable to paying the repair on the car.

Have them contact the lawn care people. You definitely didn’t cause the scratch.
