How do your tenants submit maintenance request?

I'm about to close on my first rental property and I'm finalizing getting all of my systems in place. I'll be using Zillow's property manager tool to list my home, create a lease, and possibly receive payments (I may use Venmo or setup ACH directly through my bank myself), but Zillow doesn't seem to have a maintenance request submission option.  Is there a free tool I can use for my tenant to submit maintenance request, or am I overthinking this? Should I just have them call or email me until I get more properties?

Thank you all so much for the help!!!

I use tenant cloud and its only like $15 per month. It allows tenants to sign leases remotely and have access to them on their portal. It also allows them to submit maintenance requests, and for me to keep record of all expenses including scanning in receipts, and tenant screenings. I think that's a pretty fair price for all of the tools that it has. The end of the year is pretty easy as well, I literally just print a report and send to my CPA.
