Part-Time STR/MTR Assistant - San Diego, CA
Hi! I am currently looking for an opportunity to learn some hands on experience with the Short-Term & Mid-Term Industry! I plan to start with the House Hacking method and renting the other rooms/unit as the options mentioned. I was originally trying to decide if I wanted to get a part time job to pay down debt or put my time into learning/getting experience in the industry - looking for part time work where I can learn and get paid for my value and time. I currently work in Pharmaceutics M-F anywhere between 6-330pm. If you're currently an airbnb host/co host or own any STR/MTRs, I'd love to offer a helping hand 2-3x a week and possibly every other weekend - lets talk what works best for you.
