Property Management Company Recommendation
I have 2 properties in KCMO. I have been having a lot of problems with my current property management they have good management fee in terms of percentage but over the last year they have made multiple repairs that did not work and have charged an inordinate amount of fees.
I was planning to leave it alone but I just got my 1099, and realize the expense is 40% of the income. I can't take it anymore.
I'm looking for what other folks experience is like and anybody has any recommendations.
