Looking to prove myself to somebody and take on more properties to manage

Hey everybody, my name is Paul, I'm 24 from long Island. I purchased a property in Philadelphia recently and have been managing it from Long Island for a couple of months. I am now looking to take on new accounts here in the Long Island Area. Looking for someone that will give me a shot, that's all!
