Software for investor WITH a PM

Hi all - first time investor, closing on my first duplex next week.  I am curious what folks suggest I use for bookkeeping.  I will have a Property Manager (long distance investment), but still want to maintain my own records of ALL expenses (taxes, mortgage, etc.). 

Any services or software you suggest?  I don’t want to do excel because I want something that is geared towards making tax season easy and I’m a newbie.
