Out of state property management
We have 11 SFH rentals in Chattanooga and haven't be pleased with our property management company. We are considering self managing but would still need someone local to help show the house, walk thrus, etc. Looking for any recommendation for someone that would fit that category? Maybe an independent handyman type person. Small property management company that would do a minimal type situation. Any feedback or recommendations would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
