Storage unit eviction

I have tenant that rents storage container and storage yard to store his tow camping trailer.

He has not paid rent for two month. What is the process to get tenant out?

You need to check specific local law on this. Typically there is a period of holding and advertising, after which you can dispose of as you see fit, or possibly go through a process to get a valid Title for the trailer. This is entirely different set of laws from Residential Rental.The longer you do nothing, the longer you will be responsible to protect and secure the items.
