They're a nightmare to work with. Contract ends 7.31.23. Is there penalties for cancelling the contract prior to expiration?

 Read the contract you signed and you'll have answer if you have a penalty. 7/31 is a few months away, if the penalty fee maybe more then what they are getting from you per month so may be better to ride it out. Also, do you have an alternate PM agency you are going to work with?
