Epoxy paint on the walls?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone's tried applying an epoxy paint on sheetrock walls?  Repainting the walls, trim and doors after turnover is one of my biggest expenses. It'd be great to just wipe everything down instead of costly repaints. Would this work?  If not, what could?
