Starting from ZERO- considering PM as a potential career change.
Where would I begin (aside from BP books and podcasts) to gain a realistic view of property management as a career? Is it possible to become a PM without getting an entire real estate license? What about just for managing properties for STR? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Located in OR.
