Innago Property Management software - Has anyone had good/bad experience with it?

Hello BP folks!  I am looking for an alternative to Avail for lease signing and monthly rent collection for my 2 rental properties, and this company seems like it might be a winner. Has anyone used them?  Were they reliable in getting the rent payments processed from the tenant's checking / savings account to the landlord's account? Was the lease signing process smooth?  They say landlords can use Docusign if they want, but they also partner with "Hello sign" for lease signing which apparently is similar to DocuSign. I would definitely go with Innago! I've had nothing but good experiences. They really do live up to what they say. I've been using them for about 3 years now and haven't even turned back. VERY Reliable! Good luck on your search.

Looking into potentially moving my portfolio to Innago. Can anyone answer the typical payment lag for ACH or credit card processing? Do they have an accelerated quick deposit option?

I haven't used Innago specifically, but Hellosign (now named Dropbox Sign) is definitely comparable to Docusign.  We've used Hellosign (I'll keep calling them that because it's so much cooler of a name than Dropbox Sign) for 5+ years and it's a great service.

Innago is "free", but they will bill your tenant for services.  Be on the lookout as there are numerous programs that do the same.  It's a fine business model as long as you don't mind your tenants paying fees for your use of the software.  Other platforms that do the same are include RentRedi, Stessa, Avail, Innago, Apartments.com (formerly Cozy), and TenantCloud.

If you want to go a more traditional sense and work with a more mature platform that doesn't bill your tenants you might look into Rentec Direct, Buildium, Appfolio, Propertyware, or Rent Manager.

The best way for you to figure out which is going to work best for you is to explore their free trial (if offered).  Run through some of the features you will need like setting up a property, moving in a tenant, receiving rent payments, and publishing online applications and see which one works the best for you.  Almost all these software have the features you'll need, so it may boil down to which feels the best for your processes and pocket book.

@Tricia O'Brien. i have a bookkeeping client that uses inago.  We both like it a lot.  He also uses QBO at the plus level.  Innago for property management and then QBO for the accounting.

Tommy Parker how many units do you manage with inago.com I am considering starting with them and getting rid of QuickBooks online which is nothing but trouble. It's a lot of work to transfer my units and I want to make sure I end up with one that I'm going to be happy with. Even if innago is free if I could find another one that wouldn't charge my tenants, that might be a consideration even if it cost me 50 to 100 bucks a month
