Any PMS recommendation for Canada Landlords?

I have around 50 rental units. and I have been using Buidlingstack for a couple of years now at $100 per month, but I really need a communication feature that I can keep track of how fast my superintendent takes care of tenant's complaints. but with building stack the feature costs an extra $200 and brings it to 300 per month for 50 units. It is fairly expensive.

Yardie Breeze would be a perfect solution at $1 per unit and $100 minimum with the features that I needed. But it is only available in USA. (The starting price in $400 in Canada for premiere tier)

So Canadian Landlords and PMs, what s your recommendation for a small landlord?

Thats correct. Did you look at Buildium or Haletale (this is a new software, haven't used it but has automation features)? Both of them include a tool that logs and tracks maintenance issues, so we don't need to log them by hand. You will get to know how quickly the job was done. Not as expensive as some others on the market.

I think most of the solutions preference the USA because it's easy to work with ACH with the US Banking system.  We have connected some PMs in Canada; however, it's much more complex.  Canada's tax system is expensive and more complex and cannot be as easily automated as well. However, if you don't specifically need online payments and tenant screening, I think most US based systems would work pretty well for you assuming they accept a Canadian credit card for payment.  I'll send you a PM with a bit more clarity.
