Tenant appealed after a judgement

Tenant lease expired but he wouldn’t move out. We went to the magisterial court and got a judgement for eviction. However, the tenant has appealed and now the date allotted is mid next year. Anyone dealt such case in PA or other states before? If yes, what is the best way of handling this situation. Please advise.

Sounds like you have a " professional " lowlife for a tenant. It seems you need a better attorney.

Good luck
