Hello is it necessary to have Property Management and Accounting Software for landlords? if so what software would be recommended as easy to use?

If you click on the magnifying glass in the upper corner and type accounting software you’ll see the last few hundred times it’s been asked. 

If you want to also budget your own finances quicken (quickbooks little brother) is $50 and it’s over kill if you have less than 30 properties.
