Stessa Stealing My Money - Help
I opened a Stessa account like a month ago and tenant deposited $8400. I have been talking to customer service for 2 weeks now because the software will not link to my bank account. I am suspecting they are acting fraudulently. They will not release the restriction to wire the money to me or do any additional verifying or anything to help me get my money to me. I have no way to access the money. I have sent them screen shots and videos of the errors I get when using their software to add my bank. There is a bank on my profile but I do not recognize the account number so I will not click on it. Can a tenant reverse the transaction? Stessa will not call me unless I pay for upgraded service. Do I need a lawyer? I DO NOT RECOMMEND STESSA!!!
