Cost to fund an STR management operation
I am looking to self manage an STR management operation. What are the typical costs do so? I know that it is typically 20% gross income to have another company manage the property, but wanting to know the cost breakdown if I were to self manage. Thank you! (I am looking at properties at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri)
