Hello,

I'm a self-managing landlord and I'm looking to build a network of go-to people for maintenance and emergencies. Any recommendations of positive experiences you have had within the last 6 months would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

You'll have to put in the work to find them. Good contractors are a precious commodity and any investor who has spent years and tens of thousands of dollars on contractors form hell will not feel motivated to share those with a stranger on the internet. Sorry for putting it so blunt.
