Favorite Property Management Software 2024 (Buy&Hold)

I am adding my first multifamily (quadruplex) to my portfolio very soon. We close 5/22. I think it is time for me to have a property management software of some kind to manage my long-term rental properties going forward. For my STRs, I use Guesty. I want something geared more towards long-term rentals for this side of things, something that makes payments super simple (with a lot of options) for tenants would be great. 

What are your favorite property management software systems of 2024?
