Question about personal information by Innago

I'm trying to migrate from e-rent payment to Innago. Innago is asking for date of birth and SS. I'm a Landlord of several properties under different LLC's. I am also a realtor that handles 15 properties and different companies. Why is it asking for personal info? I e-rent payment never did. I find this suspicious.

Does Rent Redi also asks for personal Information?
