Property Management/SureVest Insurance

Has anybody used SureVest insurance? It is being offered at $47 per month by the Property Manager that we are planning to hire. The property is in Bremerton (actually on the cusp of Seabeck). Just wondering if anybody has purchased separate landlord insurance, if it was with this company and what your experience may have been.
