Renew lease or not
My tenants lease is due to end 2/2/2025, is it 30 day notice or 60 day notice of non renewal in CA?
The tenant has not been the greatest, one example being late on paying with not always paying the late fees. I'm afraid they will squat if I attempt to get them out.
If I were to do month to month , do I re sign a lease stating month to month?
