Renting to Tenants

Hello everyone, 

I am trying to rent out a house out of state. I'm my pm, this is my 2nd unit  How can I do this while living out of state?

I agree with everything said above. Find a trusted handyman to help, use Zillow or other listing platforms, or hire a property management company if you to minimize headaches. Whatever you choose just be sure you leverage your resources & interview multiple handymen or PM companies.
