References for Vendor List
This is a shout out to all the locals of the Phoenix Metro, maybe specifically Peoria, AZ. I am building my vendor list and would appreciate any references for the following: general contractors, handymen, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, and landscapers.
I'm following the advice of Sarah Weaver from the Biggerpockets Real Estate Rookie video and am building out my list to make sure I have the necessary team in place while managing my property.
