Tenant eviction assistance and legal

Hi all

We have sent a certified letter to our tenant (Lease Termination - he is on a Month to Month - so we gave him a 30 day notice) on June 2 and need to begin eviction proceedings.

We wonder who has done this before (in OH) and any specific legal requirements we should follow.  The tenant has not paid rent for June and has not paid the daily late fee.
