Average Monthly Water Bill is $100 per month per door

Hi all,

I have a triplex in Louisville zip code 40203 and the water bill has been average over $100 per month per door. I've had a plumber look at it and he found a small leak and fixed it but the water bill is still relatively high. Property management has checked to make sure the tenants toilets have not been running. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any ideas on what to do?
