chose door loop after high pressure-

I believe I was duped by a sale rep from door loop during a demo meeting. They said they would not allow a trial of the software. They told me that they were offering me substantially below the listed price- but I needed to decide before the end of the meeting. And I took the bait and paid for a year upfront. I haven't used it at all and would like a refund. I wasn't sure if anyone else has been through this and sucessfully received a refund?

Their sales tactics suck.
