Curious about national property management trends

I’ve been trying to keep up with how property management is changing, especially with all the big players expanding across states. Are there any national or multi-state property management companies you’ve noticed making an impact lately?

I've seen evernest active in my neighborhood. I've also seen a lot of refugee investors switch to me.

Local vendors with boots on the ground are always going to be better. Cities like Cleveland are so street specific, getting a pm based in dallas, staffed by VAs will ruin your investment.
