Hello, I own a PMI property management franchise in Charlottesville and Roanoke, Virginia. I am looking to grow my company via acquisition. I am looking to either buy doors or buy an existing property management company in the state of Virginia or an adjacent state. Does anyone have experience growing their company in this manner?
