Help with STR Property Management in Banner Elk

Hey all! New member here looking for some help/recommendations for managing a new STR from afar. We recently went under contract on a home in Banner Elk, NC. The property is booked with the current owners beyond the closing date, so we need to hit the ground running with property management with someone in the area, since we live about 4.5hrs away.

Does anyone have recommendations in that area for either a co-host or local property manager?
