Repairs for personal property

Posted

Not necessarily investment oriented however I purchased an older property to live in personally apx 3 years ago. We are now facing troubles in regard to the roof  line and I am contemplating having repairs made. Is there any recommendation on what type of loan or funding is the most appropriate for personal home repairs seeing as it will be too much for out of pocket.

Home equity line of credit could be a good option 👍🏻
