Section 8 housing experience

Does anyone have experience accepting section 8 housing vouchers?

Thinking about turning a 3 bed, 2 Bath, 1,000 Sf manufactured home into an option for housing vouchers. What should I be aware of? Should I only assume I get money from HUD and not the tenant for underwriting?

Also welcome any other advice
