Denver co-host looking for advice from experienced hosts

Hi all! I'm building a co-hosting business in the Denver market to help STR owners with guest messaging, calendar management, and turnover coordination.

I’m currently focused on learning from experienced hosts and would love to hear:
• How you got your first co-hosting client
• What systems/processes mattered most early on
