Hello guy just recently did my first closing on a duplex is a already a tenant on one unit side am planing to stay at the other unit, looking for advice for for a good app or software  for management and collect payments.

 There’s a lot of them out there. I’ve had great luck with Landlordstudios. They are geared towards small landlords. You can collect rent online, log expenses, send emails, post marketing, etc.
