Rent Redi Help

Kartheek Wundavalli
Posted

Hey everyone! My wife and I are closing on our duplex in a few weeks. We will be house hacking and luckily have tenants in the other unit till next year!

I have Rent Redi through BP Pro and I'm trying to set it up. Maybe I'm just not very technologically inclined but I'm having trouble uploading the BP Virginia lease into RR and incorporate the E-sign feature. Has anyone experienced this or can guide me to how to upload the lease template that I can send to the new tenants to sign? Also, if anyone has any tips or advise using Baselane or Rent Redi, I'd appreciate it! Thank you!

With rentredi i think they only have one signature option for the lease. If you need multiple signature for every page of your lease you may have to use docusign or something similar. I think rentredi need to add multiple signature panel to their software in my opinion...

    Hello Bella,

We have tenants who are couples and require multiple signatures on the lease. We are able to do this in RentRedi by making sure both tenants are attached to the same unit. When the lease is sent for signature, RentRedi requires both tenants to sign.

Your issue may be that only one tenant is currently attached to the unit or only one tenant has a RentRedi account connected to that lease. You may want to check that both tenants are added properly before sending the lease out for signature.
