I am working on this website for landlords. I have a large area dedicated to managing different type of rental portfolio's and keeping up with all the things that come along with managing properties. Every expense is trackable and it also has AI enhanced input if the user desires. IT will keep up with when taxes are due and remind you if rent is unpaid. There is also a background check area as well as legal area to narrow down exactly what the laws are in your specific area. YOu can compare multiple areas as well. I am looking for 5 or 6 folks to use the features and give me feedback on how everything flows and any improvments that could be made.
