Hello has anyone tried Turbo Tenant's autopilot service? If so, how is it?

@Jean Taveras, it sounds like you're referring to people using TurboTenant's software. Their managed services (autopilot) team handles the things you outlined.

@Ben M. I think the main benefit is that their team handles the day-to-day stuff (finding a tenant, creating a lease, repairs, renewals, etc.), but you stay in the loop and approve key decisions. They recommend a tenant, you approve. They get vendor quotes for repairs, you approve. And it's an all-in flat-fee vs. property managers which often charge a % of monthly rent as well as various fees.
