Looking for Property Manager recommendations for corporate housing

Hi everyone! I have a fully furnished property in Huntsville, AL that I’d like to rent as corporate housing (travel nurses, engineers, government contractors, etc.) rather than as a traditional long-term rental.

For those of you with experience, how do you actually find these tenants? Are there specific websites, agencies, or corporate housing services you recommend? Also, are there any property management companies that specialize in this and can keep things mostly hands-off?

Do you want STR or MTR tenants?

STR is under 30 days, MTR minimum 30 days.

STR: Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Google
MTR: all of the above, just note minimum 30-day stay, plus Furnished Finders.
