How do you stop obsessing over leasing a vacant unit?

I recently bought my second investment property and I’m self-managing it from out of state.

I’ve realized I get way too invested in the leasing process. I’m constantly checking my phone for inquiries, overanalyzing every day the unit sits vacant, second-guessing pricing, and feeling like I should always be doing something.

I hired a local agent to handle the MLS and showings, but I'm still actively posting in local Facebook housing groups, responding to Marketplace messages, and trying to generate leads myself. It feels like I can't mentally disconnect until it's leased.

Logically, I know an extra couple of weeks of vacancy won’t matter much over the life of the investment, but I still find myself taking it personally.

For those who’ve been investing for years, did you go through this? If so, what helped you stop obsessing over every day of vacancy and start treating leasing as just another part of the business?
