Looking for Reliable Handyman – Franklin Park, IL
Hi everyone! I’m looking for a reliable local handyman in or near Franklin Park, IL for a 3-unit rental property.
We currently have some work that needs attention, including ductwork/air-duct repairs, along with general handyman-type repairs around the property.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who:
Has solid general handyman/maintenance experience
Has experience working on ductwork/HVAC-related repairs
Has some electrical knowledge/experience (a plus, but not required)
Is reliable, reasonably priced, and communicates well
Is available for occasional/ongoing work as things come up at the property
This could turn into a long-term working relationship for the right person. For any work that requires a licensed trade professional or permit, we will use the appropriate licensed contractor.
