NH Security Deposit Bank Accounts

Ryan Cohen
Posted

I am looking to see what others do in NH for holding tenants security deposits. I have a four unit building , And I am wondering - do I need to create four different interest bearing savings accounts to account for interest accurately for each tenant? Or could I keep all Secuirty deposits in one savings account and calculate their interest with an excel spreadsheet?

What’s do most do here? I feel like having four seperate accounts is excessive...

Thanks!
