Gatbage disposer trips the electric circuit

Hi, in one of my rentals, whenever a garbage disposer is run, the circuit trips and power shuts off. Circuit needs to be resets from the main switchboard every time. Is it the problem with the outlet, the wiring or the garbage disposal unit? Who should I call for diagnosis? Thanks in advance for the help.

@Suvarna Joshi most likely the motor is going bad and drawing too much power especially if this is something that just started. Personally I yank out the garbage disposal as they cause too many headaches. Tenants try to grind up stuff that should be thrown away.
