Any Recommendations for a Property Manager in PA?

I live in CT and, prior to COVID, could make the trip down to PA to take care of my rental. I'm finally ready to bite the bullet and look for a property management company to help manage the property.

As a small business owner myself, I'd love to work with another smallish business (not interested in being the tiny guy in a sea of big apartment building clients).

But open to all recommendations. The unit is occupied and in good condition.
