Best property management software ?

I’m currently looking for a software that I can use to self manage my property but most seem geared towards actual property management companies. Any advice on software that not only helps with screening tenants, and payments, but also the accounting/books and records.  Anyone personally use any software that you would recommend?

@Harvey Holt another thing check out their YouTube videos. Most of the management ones like cozy, teantcloud, and Rent Redi have videos. That will give you a good feel of how they operate and work.
