Best property management software ?

Question

I’m currently looking for a software that I can use to self manage my property but most seem geared towards actual property management companies. Any advice on software that not only helps with screening tenants, and payments, but also the accounting/books and records.  Anyone personally use any software that you would recommend?

I like Innago a lot. It's great if you self manage, and it's a good option if you want everything in one place and to do online lease signing, which is what stood out to me. For full accounting you'd want to integrate a QuickBooks account with it.

@Harvey Holt another thing check out their YouTube videos. Most of the management ones like cozy, teantcloud, and Rent Redi have videos. That will give you a good feel of how they operate and work.

Unless you have a lot of units use Quickbooks for accounting and SmartMove for tenant screening. Both very easy.

I currently use tenant cloud. The accounting for some may be useful, but just like anything else it all depends on how well you maintain inputting your expense records. However they have some great features for tracking warranties, appliances, and other items needed to track. Also tenants can do maintenance request through the app. Easiest way to find out for your self use some spam emails and set up test accounts most of the different software have free versions.
