How do I find a good all-around maintenance guy?

Hello, I now own multiple properties where I have everything pretty automated besides a single all-around maintenance guy who can help with most issues or do most tasks. (A) does anyone know of that guy looking for work in Elgin, IL? (B) Does anyone have advice on finding someone like that? Thanks for the advice in advance!

@Danny Ondik - If anyone knows a guy like that in Elgin it would be @Chris Davis, @Mark F. or @Joe Mueller.  They are both investors in Elgin and can definitely help
