Avail vs RentRedi Property Management Tools
Hello everyone! I am knew here, I have one single family rental and 1 quad plex under contract. I am looking to get a property management software to help stay organized. My main desires for this would be payment portal, maintenance requests/tracking/communication, lease sending/submission/approval, prefer push notifications but at minimum text communication for payment reminders, maintenance info, and announcements.
I would like to have access to any reporting that helps with income & expenses but not fully necessary as I do use Quickbooks. I don't have many properties but have a plan of 10 in next year, with being on track of 5 total within next 60 days.
