Aloha BP community!  We have been looking into investing in Memphis and were recently referred to a property management company in the area. After some research, we found a lot of negative feedback regarding them and wanted to know if anyone knows of any property management companies in Memphis they'd recommend or had a positive experience with.  Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
