How do you guys give forms to you tenants?

How do you contact your tenants, Or give them forms? ;

A)Face-To-Face?

B)E-mail?

C)Drop Box?

D)Text/Phone?

I would like to use the forms I obtained from the Bigger Pockets Book Bonus. I'm a new Landlord, and just want to put my best foot forward. Any help would be appreciated.
