Allow me to Introduce Myself
Hey everyone, I'm Aria and I just turned 30 years old, looking to start out my real estate investing journey. By day, I am a software developer for a retail chain store in Toronto and by night, I'm searching for the suitable way to make money on the side which hopefully can one day replace my main hustle!
At this point in time, I'm in extreme learning mode and I am prepared and willing to learn just about everything there is to know about active real estate investing and the pros and the cons it entails. I am more in favor of buy & hold and BRRRR methods as I would like to have a growing portfolio that I can one day pass down to my offspring :)
I've been studying a lot about creative financing and buying real estate using OPM and private lenders.
This forum seems to be full of people looking to share their knowledge and experience with people like me who are starting out and I would love to connect and get in touch with a few of them.
