Questions regarding LLC/ C Corp/ CAD holding
Hi everyone, I would like to start the wholesaling business in USA and I talked to a CPA in Canada for registering a US C-corp with a Canadian holding Company for "asset protection and tax" purposes. The setup fees are high and the annual fees are even higher. I would like to know if anyone have started the business ONLY with LLC in USA as a Canadian citizen. Or, picked C-corp + CAD holding company? Can you guys please help me out here? BIG BIG THANKS
